Programme purchase terms

Your provider and agreement

Your programme provider is Tara Hammett Online Limited, company 11521465, registered at 8 Bryngelli Park, Treboeth, Swansea, Wales, SA5 9BL. Contact support@tarahammett.com. Read these terms together with the specific offer, price, dates and payment schedule shown before you pay, and keep your order confirmation. They do not retrospectively replace an existing member’s agreed purchase terms.

What you are buying

Your order identifies the programme, its start date, access period, included coaching and any expressly stated bonus. The 14-Day Plan is advertised at £27 as a one-off payment with no automatic renewal. Other programmes or memberships may be fixed-term or recurring: the checkout and confirmation must state which applies and the total or recurring charge. Do not assume buying one programme includes all programmes, indefinite access, personal training or an individual appointment.

Access and existing accounts

Use the email associated with your purchase so we can match access to your account. We provide account setup or sign-in instructions after verified payment. Existing account progress is retained when a further programme is correctly linked. Cohort content and access dates follow your order; early account access does not change the stated coaching start date. PT Client access is assigned and removed by Tara’s team under your PT arrangement; selecting that category does not create an automatic payment or a full paid membership.

Payments and renewal

The payment screen states the amount and currency and any applicable taxes or payment schedule before confirmation. Recurring payments continue according to the agreement you accepted until cancelled; fixed-term purchases do not become subscriptions just because you have an app account. To cancel future recurring payments, use the cancellation route in your purchase confirmation or contact support@tarahammett.com. Cancelling future payments normally preserves the time already paid for, subject to statutory cancellation/refund rights. Legacy payment arrangements retain their existing agreed schedule.

Your right to cancel

Where UK distance-contract cancellation rights apply, you can cancel a service or digital-content contract within 14 days after the day the contract was made. Tell support@tarahammett.com clearly that you wish to cancel, identifying your name, purchase email, programme and order date/reference. You do not have to give a reason or use a particular form. Starting to use the app alone is not treated here as a blanket waiver of your rights.

Early service or digital-content supply

If you expressly ask for services to begin during the cancellation period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for services supplied before you cancel, provided the required information and request were given. The right to cancel a fully performed service is lost only when the legal conditions are met. For digital content supplied during that period, losing the cancellation right requires your prior express consent, acknowledgement and the required confirmation. We do not rely on a waiver that was not validly obtained. If a required condition is absent, your statutory rights remain.

Refunds and problems

Contact us promptly if access or content is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Nothing here removes your statutory rights to remedies for digital content or services. Where cancellation requires a refund, we will make it within the applicable legal time limit, normally within 14 days after being told of the cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any additional advertised money-back promise remains subject to its stated terms and cannot reduce statutory rights.

Using the programme safely

Coaching, exercise and nutrition education are not a substitute for individual medical advice. Provide accurate readiness information and tell Tara if relevant circumstances change. Follow the medical review process and stop an activity that causes concerning symptoms. Results vary and no particular weight, body measurement or health outcome is guaranteed. The app and coaching inbox are not emergency services.

Your account and community

Keep login details private and use your own account. Do not share paid materials outside your authorised personal use, harass others, publish another member’s private information or misuse the service. Tell us about access or safeguarding concerns. Where access must be restricted for a serious breach or safety issue, we will act proportionately and preserve applicable consumer rights. Removing discretionary PT access does not by itself cancel a separate paid programme or payment agreement.

Availability and changes

The app requires a compatible device, internet access and a current browser; connection charges are your responsibility. We may maintain or repair the service and update content. If a material promised element or session must change, we will explain the change and any suitable alternative or remedy. These terms do not permit us to remove paid contractual rights without an appropriate remedy.

Liability, complaints and law

We remain responsible where the law requires, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud and rights that cannot be excluded. Contact support@tarahammett.com first with a complaint so we can investigate. The law of England and Wales applies, without removing mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available to consumers in their home jurisdiction.

October Six-Week Plan

The price is £97 as a one-off payment until Friday 16 October 2026 at 10pm UK, then £147 until registration closes on Sunday 18 October 2026 at 10pm UK. Checkouts opened before either 10pm deadline have a 15-minute allowance, until 10:15pm UK, to complete payment at the price and bonus shown when opened. New checkouts from Friday 10pm are £147; no new checkout can be opened from Sunday 10pm. After the allowance, an unpaid authorisation is cancelled and a new registration at the current price is required while registration remains open.

New members receive six weeks from Monday 19 October 2026 at 5pm UK to Monday 30 November 2026 at 5pm UK. Current members receive six weeks from the expiry of their existing paid membership. Site access is available after successful payment and account setup, ahead of the course start. Your confirmation records your exact course dates. Your existing account and progress are retained. There is no automatic renewal.

Everyone opening a £97 checkout before Friday 16 October 2026 at 10pm UK and completing payment before 10:15pm UK is eligible for one bonus call with Tara of up to 15 minutes, subject to available appointments. Checkouts opened at or after 10pm do not include the bonus. The £147 price does not include this bonus. Existing cancellation and consumer rights above remain applicable.
